Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Terms govern use of the website operated by SANGHA Co., Ltd. (“SANGHA”, “we”). The site introduces our automatic-control business and products (control panels, PLC, SCADA, and related works) and receives quote and A/S requests.

2. Definitions

• “User” means anyone who accesses the site to view information or submit a quote or A/S request under these Terms.
• “Admin” means an internal user authorized by SANGHA to handle submissions and content.
• “Content” means text, images, and files on the site, including company, business, product, notice, project, certification, and download materials.

3. Services

We may provide and update the following on the site:

• About: greeting, vision, history, organization, and location
• Business areas: water and sewage automation, water treatment automation, factory automation, SCADA/MMI/HMI, PLC programming, MCC/distribution panels, electrical works, and facility maintenance
• Products: MCC, distribution panels, automatic control panels, and remote automation systems
• PR: notices, project records, certifications, and downloads
• Contact: quote requests and A/S intake

The site is not a membership marketplace and does not process online payments. There is no usage fee for browsing.

4. Quote and A/S requests

1. Submitting a quote or A/S form is a request for review, not a contract. A contract is formed only when SANGHA accepts and the parties otherwise agree.
2. Users must provide accurate required information and must not submit false data or another person’s details.
3. Drawings and photos must relate to the request. Do not upload confidential files or materials that infringe third-party rights.
4. We aim to reply on a business-day basis, but timing may vary with workload and site conditions.
5. We may ignore or delete spam, unrelated submissions, or requests that appear unlawful.

5. User obligations

Users must not:

• harm SANGHA’s reputation or interfere with our operations;
• copy, distribute, or commercially use Content without prior written consent;
• access the site through abusive automated means or attempt to breach security;
• access admin pages without authorization or use another person’s account; or
• post or transmit information that is illegal or contrary to public order.

6. Intellectual property

Trademarks, logos, copy, photos, drawings, and certification images on the site belong to SANGHA or their rightful owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works, or bulk-harvest Content without prior written consent. Downloadable files may be used only to review SANGHA products or works.

7. Limitation of liability

• Site information is general guidance and does not finalize design, construction, or pricing for a specific site.
• We are not liable for interruptions caused by events reasonably beyond our control, including natural disasters, network failures, or cloud-infrastructure outages.
• Users are responsible for errors in submitted information, defective attachments, and infringement of third-party rights.
• Content on external links (maps, certifying bodies, and the like) is the responsibility of those operators.

8. Privacy

Personal data collected through quote and A/S forms is governed by our Privacy Policy, which prevails over these Terms on privacy matters. Consent is required before submitting a form.

9. Changes

We may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by law. We will post the effective date and the changes on the site. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms and use of the site are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act, with the Ulsan District Court as the court of first instance.
